Demolition: 

• Remove drywall on all walls (to existing studs), 
• Remove drywall on ceiling (to ceiling joists) 
• Remove asbestos containing vinyl floor tile & sub-floor 

Re-insulate exterior walls 
Install and tape new drywall (walls & ceiling) 
Install new subfloor & decoupling membrane (Ditra) in preparation for ceramic tile 
Redirect hood fan vent to exterior 
Custom backsplash design & install 
Custom floor tile design & install ​
