If you’re planning to renovate a home that was built before 1986, you should have it inspected for asbestos before you start.
For both residential and commercial property owners, the environmental and financial risks associated with asbestos can be very high and require expert advice and an experienced removal service.
Asbestos removal is referred to in the industry as "asbestos abatement". Our company technicians are certified to remove asbestos and asbestos containing material (ACM) from your property.
Most newer homes and buildings are not likely to contain asbestos or ACM, but if you own a building that was constructed prior to or during the 1980s, you should contact a certified technician to ensure the safe removal of this harmful material.

Analysis & Consulting
If asbestos or asbestos containing material (ACM) is suspected or found in your home (or property), your first step is to contact us to conduct an environmental assessment. We will take samples and send them to a lab for analysis. If your material is found to contain asbestos, we will put together a scope of work according to the Ontario asbestos abatement regulation.
Our onsite environmental survey includes:
- Sample collection (up to four samples)
- Laboratory analysis
- Full report
Asbestos Abatement
If removal of the harmful material becomes necessary, we will develop and execute a plan to properly remove the material as per Ontario Regulation 278/05 (Ontario asbestos abatement regulation).
An important thing to note is that, depending on what type of material contains asbestos, it can become airborne if disturbed.
Do not handle any suspect material. Call a professional to seek advice.
